| Al Razouki International Exchange Company has recently tied up with M/s Air Arabia for cash collection service. Travelers booking their Air Arabia flight tickets through call centres can now get their tickets issued from any of the 16 branches of Al Razouki International Exchange Company, by paying a nominal service charge of AED 10/-. |

| FREE insurance cover for remitters |
| |
| Al Razouki International Exchange Co. has entered into a tie-up arrangement with M/s American Home Assurance Company to provide free personal accident insurance cover to the remittance customers. The scheme comes into effect from 1st July 2012. The insurance policy document was handed over by Mr. Lazar Joseph, Manager ( Group & Specialized Risks Accident & Health, American Home Assurance Company ) to Mr. K Dayakara Kamath, General Manager in the presence of Mr. Simon Thomas, Commercial Advisor.

| Radio Asia Contest |

To commemorate the 19th anniversary of the famous Malayalam channel 1269 AM, Radio Asia had organized a contest for their listeners. The mega prize of IRS 1,00,000/- sponsored by Al Razouki International Exchange Co. LLC was won by Mr. Abdul Vahab, a Keralite (Indian national) and resident of Ajman. The prize money was handed over to Mr. Abdul Vahab by Mr. Dayakara Kamath, General Manager of Al Razouki International Exchange Co. in a get-together function arranged by Radio Asia on 9th June 2012 at Al Qusias, Dubai. Famous Malayalam singer Mr. Ratheesh Kumar added glitter to the function by entertaining the guests and dignitaries present, by his melodious songs. |

| ATM for WPS Payroll cards commissioned |

| The ATM installed in our Raffa, Bur Dubai branch was commissioned on 21st March 2012. The first transaction was done by our staff, Mr. Praveen Borkar. Our WPS clients can now withdraw their salary from this ATM or the ATMs installed in any of our other 7 branches ( Karama, Deira, Hor Al Anz, Ajman, Ajman Indl. Area, Sharjah, Sharjah Indl. Area ). Any Debit / Credit Card with Master Card logo can also be used in these ATMs. We are planning to install such ATMs in our other 8 branches also shortly. |

| Sharjah Indl. Area branch shifted to new premises |

| In order to provide better customer service, the Sharjah Indl. Area branch of Al Razouki International Exchange Co. has been shifted to a new premises at Muna Mahmood Mohd. Mahmood Bldg., Kalba (Maliha Road), Muwaileh ( located on the opposite side of the earlier premises ). The branch commenced its operations in the new premises on 4th March 2012. |

| Nair Service Society, Dubai celebrated their 11th anniversary on 24th February 2012. The function was conducted at Al Nasr Liesure Land, Dubai. A musical concert by Sri Sudeep Kumar, well known playback singer of Malayalam movies, was also arranged on the occasion.
Al Razouki International Exchange Co. was the associate sponsor of the event.

| Issue of payroll cards for WPS |
| |
| To benefit 40,000 odd employees of various companies registered with Al Razouki for salary disbursement under WPS, we have tied up with M/s C3 Cards for issue of payroll cards. The payroll cards can be used in any of the ATMs that will be installed at Al Razouki branches, any number of times without incurring any charges by the card holder. The card can also be used in the ATMs of Commercial Bank International, once in a month free of charge.
The card can be used in any other ATMs in the Master Card network, incurring charges as applicable. Further, the card can also be used for purchases and remittances.
The scheme will be functional from January 2012. For further details, WPS clients may contact the Al Razouki branch where their company has signed the WPS agreement.

| Decennial celebration of KNEWA, Sharjah |

| KNEWA ( Kasaragod Nair Expatriates Welfare Association ) celebrated their 10th anniversary on 16th December 2011. The function was conducted at Indian Association Hall, Sharjah. Renowned malayalam poet Mr. Madhusoodhanan Nair graced the occasion.
Mr. K Dayakara Kamath, General Manager, Al Razouki spoke about the good business relationship with the association members. He made a mention about the presence of Canara Bank Representative Office opened at Sharjah to serve the Indian expatriates.

| To cater to the remittance needs of the expatriates residing at Muhaisinah, we have opened our branch in “Ibrahim Saad Abdulla Al Mutawa building” ( near Al Madina Super Market ). The branch was inaugurated by our Directors Mr. Mohammed Sharif Mohammed Hadi Al Hadi and Dr. Ram Buxani. Our General Manager Mr. K Dayakara Kamath was also present on the occasion.
The branch functions from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 10.30 pm on all days.
